Redlands Game 2
Game 2
Everyone came out more positively for this game, and we were off to a flier taking the early lead. After a good fight back by Redlands and a solo homerun the game looked over. But the expos lifted with some great hitting by the top order to bring the game to a tie at the bottom of the 7th. The teams agreed to play on, Redlands came out hard scoring two runs to open a slim lead. However the players fought back falling only one run short of the tie. Final score 10-9 Redlands wins.
The players all went out to a summer college baseball game in Palm Springs , before heading home with their host families.
Everyone is having a great time and learning heaps
